Class focusses on 3 important elements:

  • Pranayama – Breath
  • Asana – Strength & stretching
  • Relaxation – Calming the mind

Yin Yoga

Deep stretching and restorative class. Class focusses on:

  • Improving flexibility
  • Stimulating Chinese meridians and improving energy flow
  • Mindfulness


Myoyin is a combination of Yin yoga and Myofascial Release techniques using therapy balls.

All equipment provided. Bookings are essential.

“Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and calmer, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to challenge my beliefs and work on being the best version of myself. In my classes, I love to create a deep feeling of calm and connection. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling at peace”

Wendy is qualified in Yin and Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Myfascial Release and Aqua Yoga. She is also a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner.
